Abstract

Automobile Advisor is an innovative prototype mobile application that bridges the gap between vehicle owners and mechanics with ease. The app helps users quickly find nearby repair shops whenever they experience car trouble. It connects users with trusted local services, eliminating the hassle of searching on their own. For those who prefer to understand or handle issues themselves, the app also offers expert consultation along with features such as vehicle insurance support and roadside assistance. Developed as a Figma prototype with a demonstration video, it has been tested using the System Usability Scale (SUS), User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ), Mobile Application Usability Scale (MAUS), and Mobile Application Rating Scale (MARS), and it showed high usability and user experience. This app adapts to individual preferences and usage patterns to deliver a personalized and reliable experience for every driver. With all these features combined, it serves as a comprehensive solution for managing all your vehicle needs in one convenient place.
